1. Definitions and Overview
In these Terms and Conditions, "Company" refers to APPLIANCE 1 DEPOT & SERVICE LLC, and "Client" refers to the individual or entity requesting logistics, transport, or warehousing services. Why do we start with the fine print? Because clarity prevents delay.
2. Freight Transportation Services
All freight transportation is subject to equipment availability and seasonal demand. Our drivers don't just haul cargo; they steward your assets. However, transit times provided are estimates only. We're committed to punctual delivery, but safety and road conditions dictate the final timeline.
- Booking: All transport requests must be confirmed via a signed Bill of Lading.
- Cancellations: Charges may apply for loads cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup.
3. Liability and Limits
How much of a risk is too much? APPLIANCE 1 DEPOT & SERVICE LLC maintains primary liability coverage as required by Florida state and federal law. Our total liability for loss or damage is limited to $0.50 per pound unless a higher valuation is declared and additional fees are paid at the time of booking. It's not just policy; it's industry standard.
